ABOUT ME
Hi, I'm Anthony Uzum, a UK-based accountancy tutor, property investor, and buyers' agent with a passion for helping people build wealth through property and succeed in their financial careers.
I grew up in Lagos, attended King's College, Lagos, and later earned degrees in Economics from Cardiff University and Applied Accounting from Oxford Brookes University. I became ACCA-qualified in 2007 and a became a CFA member in 2014.
For the past five years, I've been investing in UK property. I have built a multi-million-pound portfolio in the UK and I also manage a multi-million-pound property portfolio for myself and clients. I specialize in helping people find, invest in, and manage profitable properties.
Alongside property, I've spent 15+ years teaching ICAEW, ACCA, and CIMA courses, training professionals at PWC, EY, and Deloitte.
Outside of work, I'm a family man who loves spending time with my beautiful wife and wonderful children. I also enjoy traveling, exploring new cultures, and learning new things- experiences that shape both my investment and teaching style.
ABOUT MY JOURNEY
With over 15 years of experience in accountancy education,I have trained finance professionals worldwide. As a freelance accountancy tutor, I have worked with institutions like Kaplan Financial, Global Training Cyprus, and Sunway College Malaysia, helping students excel in ICAEW, ACCA, and CIMA. I have also worked as an exam marker, guiding multiple prize-winning students to success.Beyond teaching, I have built a property portfolio worth multiple millions of pounds in the UK. I also manage property portfolios for clients, helping investors navigate the UK market with a hands-off approach. From sourcing high-potential properties to tenant and refurbishment management, I ensure my clients maximize their investments with ease.
With a strong background in finance, education, and property investment, I continue to share my knowledge and expertise, helping others achieve their goals.
